There can be hazards on a playground that either develop over time due to aging or exist due to installation errors. The goal of a playground inspection is to identify these hazards and offer a recommended course of action. This allows for proper maintenance of the playgrounds, promoting safety and a longer playground lifespan.  

Our playground inspections are carried out by two CPSC certified playground safety inspectors with several years of experience in the field. 

There are many different types of playground safety surfacing. We offer engineered wood fiber (mulch), poured in place (PIP), turf and rubber tiles. All have their advantages and disadvantages and all have their own maintenance needs. The choice of surfacing depends on budget, amount of use of the playground (heavy vs light), the age of the children using the playground and preferences of the people responsible for the playground.
